| 12/3/07 | Saturday was our first trip to Linden and boy was it a great time! Greg A. and Regan W. had been telling me about the theater for a long time but we just never could get there. We absolutely had the time of our lives and the people were so friendly (true Texas hospitality). I believe that Greg can sing better than I can hear! What a voice. | 12/09/07 | Needless to say I was taken aback when I entered the "American Legion Hall" and saw what you all have transformed into a World Class facility. After living in Austin now for more than 20 years there is nothing here that compares to the experience we had at the Gene Watson show! Of course I could listen to him 24/7. When I heard that Robert Earl had been there the week before I think we will have to start planning our weekends around your event calendar. Our triplets games might take a back seat (please don't tell my daddy). One comment about the two blondes and one red head that talked through the entire program -- they missed a show!! We will keep a closer eye on the events that are happening there and bring some Austin folks to see a real musical event! Kimberly G |
